Computer clean-up – regain lost hard drive space and restore lost system performance

Data back-up check – we will make sure that your backup system is working and perform a test

Hard drive health check – your hard drive will be checked for bad sectors and other errors which could cause data loss or failure

Windows Update – we’ll check that your Windows Update service is working as it should and reset it if necessary

Anti-virus and Anti-malware scan – we will make sure your antivirus up to date and perform comprehensive scans with the latest security software

Web browser clean-up – we’ll update your web browser to the latest version, reset your search engine and remove any malicious plug-ins

Online banking recommendations – if your bank offers additional security software, we will help download and install this for you
